    July 22 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

SANTANDER SAN.MC 
Spain's Santander on Wednesday said its underlying net profit rose 17% year-on-year in the second quarter supported by higher revenues and two months' contribution of British lender TSB, which was partly overshadowed by overall higher provisions.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC 
Spanish utility Iberdrola said on Tuesday it had agreed to buy an 80% stake for €2 billion ($2.28 billion) in a Dutch company, Suomi Power Networks MidCo B.V., which indirectly controls two concessionaires that together operate Finland's leading electricity distribution network. 
Spanish utility Iberdrola said on Wednesday its first-half reported net profit rose 22% to €4.34 billion ($4.95 billion), supported by higher investment in electricity networks in Britain, the United States and Brazil.

ENAGAS ENAG.MC 
Enagas reported H1 net profit of €126.9 million, and said it was making positive progress toward its 2026 targets excluding the impact of asset rotation operations.
The Spanish gas grid operator also said it has agreed to buy Osaka Gas' 20% stake in eastern Spain's Saggas regasification plant. 

NATURGY NTGY.MC 
Naturgy reported H1 net profit of €1.22 billion, while upgrading its 2026 guidance and forecasting full-year EBITDA above €5.5 billion and net profit above €2.1 billion. 

        
  
ENCE ENC.MC 
Ence Energia y Celulosa reported late on Tuesday Q2 net profit of €0.5 million euros and Q2 revenue of €201.0 million euros. 

TALGO TLGO.MC 
Talgo reported on Tuesday a net loss of €27 million in H1 and Q2 net turnover of €375.8 million, saying progress on manufacturing projects and maintenance services has improved visibility on its 2026 outlook.

AIRTIFICIAL AI.MC 
Airtificial signed a contract with Japanese eVTOL aircraft developer SkyDrive to supply structural parts, marking its entry into the Japanese market and adding SkyDrive as a new aerospace client, the company said.
