    Britain's Prudential Regulation Authority has given a green
light to BBVA  BBVA.MC  to take indirect control of TSB, the

    Mexican telecommunications giant America Movil  AMXB.MX ,
controlled by the family of tycoon Carlos Slim, announced on
Monday that it has signed a non-binding deal with Spain's
