Result of Annual General Meeting

 

At the General Meeting of Molten Ventures VCT plc, held earlier today, 17
September 2025, all resolutions were passed on a Poll.

The final dividend of 1.15 pence per ordinary share in respect of the
financial year ended 31 March 2025 will be paid to Shareholders on 30
September 2025.

The Results of the Poll was as follows:
