In accordance with the provisions of Article 227 of the Spanish Securities
Market and Investment Service Act 6/2023, of March 17, Endesa, S.A. hereby
issues notice of the following Information:

The Board of Directors of Endesa, S.A., at the meeting held today following
the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, unanimously resolved, following
a prior report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, to appoint
Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani as Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
effective as of 28 April 2026.

In addition, Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani, in his new capacity as executive
director, has ceased to be a member of Endesa’s Sustainability and Corporate
Governance Committee.
