Wall Street started the second half of the year on a dull note on Friday as
investors worried over the risks to economic growth from the Federal Reserve's
resolve to curb rising prices at all costs.  .N 
    At 12:07 p.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.48% at
30,629.04. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.34% at 3,772.57 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.60% at 10,962.93.
