    * Says it will sell Thailand-based real estate to 
Thailand-based company, K.M. INTERLAB CO., LTD, which is mainly 
engaged in manufacture and sales of cosmetics and health foods 
    * Says price at 125 million baht (400 million yen) 
    * Says change will occur on June 30
