    ** Stock on track for best day since Dec. 28, 2023, if gains
hold
    ** Miner executes a joint venture agreement with critical
minerals co Energy Fuels Inc  UUUU.A 
    ** Says JV agreement for the development of its Donald Rare
Earth and Mineral Sands project in Western Victoria 
    ** Says Energy Fuels will contribute A$183 mln ($122.54 mln)
to the development of the project for a 49% stake in the JV
    ** Energy Fuels will also issue shares worth 17.5 mln to co
