Australia's Energy One gains most in 4 months on acquiring peer CQ Energy

** Shares of Energy One Ltd  EOL.AX  climb as much as 6.2%
to A$6.00, on track for their sharpest single day pct jump since
Oct. 1 
    ** EOL, which provides software services to energy
companies, to acquire Adelaide-based energy services co CQ
Energy Group for A$36 million ($25.23 million) in cash and
equity  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASXbWXKcj
    ** Adds that the acquisition is co's largest to date and
will increase group EBITDA by about 50% on a pro forma basis 
    ** Shares hit their highest levels since Jan. 25 
    ** Stock down 6.6% so far this year, as of last close
