POLITICS
(*) Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's right-wing coalition won the Venice mayoral election, projections showed on Monday, retaining control of the most prominent city at stake in a round of local votes held across Italy.
DEBT
The Treasury said on Monday it would sell up to 10.5 billion euros of bonds at auction on May 28.
On Tuesday the Treasury will offer up to 4.75 billion euros of BTP short, 5-year BTP and 20-year BTP bonds.

The electrochemical group said on Tuesday it had agreed to buy BW Water Pte, a global water treatment solutions company, for an enterprise value of $61.5 million to $66.5 million. The acquisition will bring De Nora's revenue close to 1 billion euros.
