Sub: Delisting of Global Depository Receipts of EPISTAR Corporation from the London Stock Exchange
EPISTAR Corporation ("EPISTAR") announces that following the application to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), the listing and admission to trading of EPISTAR's Global Depositary Receipts ( the "GDRs", ISIN: US29428C2052) on the LSE has been cancelled with effect from start of trading on December 28, 2018 (the "Delisting Date").
Immediately following the Delisting Date, the holders of the GDRs will no longer be able to trade their GDRs or obtain market quotations for the GDRs on the LSE. However, the holders of GDRs will continue to own their GDRs and retain the rights attached to such GDRs, and the GDRs will continue to be listed and traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange after the Delisting Date.
