Board Committee Changes
Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces that Edmond Mesrobian has been appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Sheila Bangalore has been appointed as a member of the Sustainability & Compliance Committee, both with effect from 12 June 2026.
This notification is made pursuant to LR 6.4.6R of the UK Listing Rules.
