    ** Greg Graves plans to retire as chief financial officer

    ** Co initiates search for next CFO and will consider both
internal and external candidates 
    ** Graves will continue to serve as CFO until his successor
is appointed and is expected to remain with co throughout
transition period
    ** ENTG shares fell 52.7% last year
