Notice of Annual General Meeting and

Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements

 

Enwell Energy plc (AIM: ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and
production group, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting will be
posted to shareholders later today, along with the Company's Annual Report and
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 12
June 2026 at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 60 London Wall,
London EC2M 5TQ. Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the 2025
Annual Report and Financial Statements are also available from the Company's
