 * To raise gross proceeds of not less than hk$509.5 million and not more than hk$576.7 million by way of rights issue 
 * Will allot and issue not less than 3.64 billion and not more than 4.12 billion rights shares at subscription price of hk$0.14 per rights share 
 * Intends to apply such net proceeds for the proposed acquisition and repayment of debts
