** The investment manager agrees to acquire a A$5 million($3.49 million) stake in digital estate planning firm Willed Technologies under a five-year referral partnership
** Says partnership supports strategy to expand access to estate planning, executor and trustee services through digital channels 
** Stock down 3.7%, YTD, including moves in current session
