Australia's EQT Holdings hits over 2-1/2-year high on Irish business sale nod

** Shares of trustee and executor co EQT Holdings  EQT.AX 
rise as much as 5.2% to A$30.260, their highest since early
September 2021 
    ** Co says the Central Bank of Ireland has approved the sale
of its investment in its Irish business to Kevin Lavery and MFM
Capital 
    ** Says transaction to be completed on April 30 
    ** Shares mark their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 23
    ** More than 21,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~12,940 shares   
    ** Stock up 12.8% this year, as of last close, vs a 2.9%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
