Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo's private banking business said
on Thursday it had agreed to sell the majority of its small
Swiss asset manager Asteria to British active investment
management firm Man Group.

Luxury sports automaker Ferrari on Thursday unveiled two new
plug-in hybrid models, produced in limited series and hitting
the top end of the its price range.
ERG ERG.MI
ERG signed an agreement with Achernar Assets AG for the sale
of the Priolo Gargallo thermoelectric plant for 191.5 million
euros, including working capital and tax credits of 88.5
million.
