** Shares of India's ESDS Software Solution ESDS.NS fall 5% to 1,760.50 rupees
** The cloud computing and data centre operator reports June-quarter consolidated net profit sequentially down 56.6% at 292.8 million rupees ($3.05 million) from 674.2 million rupees
** Consolidated revenue from operations falls sequentially 20.2% to 1.34 billion rupees 
** Stock up 93.8% since listing on Septemner 4
