April 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1950 GMT on Thursday:

**  Colombia's state oil firm Ecopetrol has agreed to buy a stake of around 26% in Brazilian energy firm Brava BRAV3.SA, in a deal that could result in the Colombian company taking a majority control of the Brazilian firm, Brava said on Thursday.

** Portugal asked Air France-KLM and Germany's Lufthansa to submit binding bids for a minority stake in national flag carrier TAP on Thursday, setting up a tight final contest following closely matched initial offers from the European airline groups.

** Payment services firm Adyen ADYEN.AS on Thursday agreed to buy German software company Talon.One for a total cash consideration of 750 million euros ($878 million).

** Private equity firm Atlas Holdings said on Thursday it has no intention to bid for UK construction materials supplier BRCK Group BRCK.L after it was denied sufficient access to company information and management ahead of a takeover code deadline.
