Del Vecchio heirs approve 10 bln euro buyout of two siblings, source says
MILAN, April 27 (Reuters) - The eight heirs of late Ray-Ban billionaire Leonardo Del Vecchio have approved a proposal by one of them to buy out two other siblings in a 10 billion euro ($11.7 billion) deal that could make future decisions easier at the family holding company Delfin, a source close to the matter said on Monday confirming reports in Italian media.
