Feb 12 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

BRITAIN/EU:

British finance minister Rachel Reeves said on Wednesday that she would push for closer integration with the EU to reduce the trade barriers put up by Brexit, adding that European countries should cooperate on defence spending too.

ESSILORLUXOTTICA ESLX.PA:

Eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica reported full-year adjusted operating profit of 4.46 billion euros and adjusted revenue of 28.49 billion euros, proposing a dividend of 4.00 euros per share.

MONTEA MONTE.BR:

Belgian logistics real estate company Montea reported full-year EPRA earnings of 4.90 euros per share with an occupancy rate of 99.8%, and forecast 2026 EPRA earnings of 5.23 euros per share with dividend growth to 4.19 euros per share.

MICHELIN MICP.PA:

French tire maker Michelin posted full-year sales of 26.0 billion euros and segment operating income of 2.9 billion euros, beating consensus, and announced a 2.0 billion euros share buyback over 2026-2028 while expecting a 120 million euros impact from U.S. tariffs in 2026.

NEXTENSA NEXTA.BR:

Belgian real estate company Nextensa reported full-year net income group share of 33.2 million euros and proposed a dividend of 1.00 euro per share, with its investment portfolio valued at 1.06 billion euros.

REXEL RXL.PA:

French electrical equipment distributor Rexel reported full-year net income of 591.4 million euros, beating consensus of 580 million euros, and forecast 2026 same-day sales growth of 3-5% with an adjusted EBITA margin of around 6.2%.

SPIE SPIE.PA:

French multi-technical services company Spie announced the acquisition of Invizo in Slovakia.
