** Shares of mineral explorer Estrella Resources  ESR.AX 
rise as much as 15% to A$0.023
    ** Says it found nickel and copper at the Broonhill deposit
in the Carr Boyd nickel-copper sulphide project in Western

    ** Adds that the mineral discovery is increasing in scale
with depth 
    ** To begin diamond drilling at the Gossan Hill prospect in
the same project for further nickel and copper 
    ** ESR down 20% YTD, as of last close
