Etalon Group Delivers Schastye v Kuzminkakh Project

 

ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Shchastye v Kuzminkakh project, located in the South-Eastern administrative district of Moscow. The project has a total NSA of 9.4 ths sqm, including 7 ths sqm of residential area.

 

Schastye v Kuzminkakh is a 15-storey comfort-class building with two levels of underground parking. The project is located on the closed courtyard territory with guest parking, playgrounds and sports facilities. Schastye v Kuzminkakh is surrounded by recreational areas such as Kuzminskiy Municipal Forest, Lyublinskiy Park, Park Dvenadtsati Luchey, Lublin and Shibaevskiy Ponds. Amenities in the area include educational facilities, supermarkets and two shopping centres as well as numerous social and cultural establishments. The project also offers convenient transport accessibility: the Kuzminki metro station and an exit onto Volgogradskiy Prospekt are just 300 metres away.

 

As a result of high demand for this project, all of the apartments in the building had been sold by the time the project was delivered. With the completion of Schastye v Kuzminkakh, Etalon Group has delivered 104 thousand sqm of NSA since the beginning of 2020.
