Etalon Group Delivers Summer Garden Residential Complex
 
ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has delivered the last phase of its Summer Garden residential complex, located near Dmitrovskoye Shosse in the northern administrative district of Moscow. This phase includes two two-section high-rise buildings, a shopping centre and underground parking. The total NSA delivered is 87.2 ths sqm, including 74.4 ths sqm of residential and commercial space.
With the delivery of the final phase, the Company has completed the Summer Garden project, which includes eleven buildings, as well as commercial and social infrastructure. The total NSA of the project is 278 ths sqm. The residential complex is in a picturesque location near Angarskie Prudy Park, Dmitrovskiy Park and the Veteran Recreational Park. Summer Garden is easily accessible from Yakhromskiy Proezd and Dmitrovskoye Shosse. The complex is located 1.5 km from the Seligerskaya metro station and 150 m from the future Yakhromskaya metro station.
 
With the completion of the Summer Garden project, Etalon Group has delivered 108 ths sqm year-to-date.
