Etalon Group Expands Board of Directors

ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest
and longest-established development and construction companies, announces
changes to the membership of its Board of Directors.

 

In line with best corporate governance practices and in order to maintain a
balanced Board structure and the independence of the Board's directors, Vitaly
Pyltsov has been appointed as a new independent director. In addition, Vitaly
was nominated and unanimously approved by the Board of Directors as the
Chairman of the Audit Committee.

 

Taking these changes into account, the members of the new Board of Directors
and its committees are as follows:

Biographical information:

 

Vitaly Pyltsov

 

Vitaly Pyltsov has 30 years of experience in finance, audit and management,
including strategy development at Russian and international companies. For
more than 20 years Vitaly worked at the Russian and international offices of
Ernst & Young in a number of positions including COO for the CIS region
and Audit Partner. From 2013 to 2015 he was COO of the Russian Direct
Investment Fund (RDIF) and Co-COO of the Russia-China Investment Fund,
established by the RDIF and China Investment Corporation. Vitaly is an
independent director and head of the Audit Committee at PJSC Renaissance
Insurance Group.

 

Vitaly graduated with distinction from the Moscow Institute of Finance (now
the Financial University Under the Government of the Russian Federation) in
international economic relations, including study at Humboldt University in
Berlin.

Etalon Group's GDRs have traded on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange since 20 April 2011 and on the Level 1 quotation list of Moscow
