** Luxury and premium watch retailer's Q1 consol net profit rises ~48% Y/Y; rev up 33%
** Co says expansion remained a key growth driver, with its boutique network crossing 100 stores
** Adds, it plans to continue expanding its retail network while deepening its presence in existing markets
