** The drugmaker says it licensed exclusive US rights to its Libervant to Eton Pharmaceuticals ETON.O
** The seizure treatment is expected to launch in April 2027, subject to final approval
** Libervant, a dissolvable diazepam film placed inside the cheek, is designed for people who experience clusters of seizures; can offer alternative to nasal sprays, rectal medicines
** Won FDA nod for patients aged two to five years in April
** FDA reviewing application to expand usage to children ages 6 to 11; decision expected before April
** Stock down 27% YTD
