Replacement of Queeld & Mispare share certificates

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum,
rhodium, iridium and gold mining company, announces the following regarding
the previously notified legal dispute with Queeld Ventures Limited and Mispare
Limited:

 

Queeld Ventures Limited and Mispare Limited (respectively "Queeld" and
"Mispare") are registered shareholders in Eurasia Mining PLC ("Eurasia"). In
or about July 2018, Queeld and Mispare applied to Eurasia for the issue of
replacement share certificates in respect of their respective shareholdings.

 

On 6 March 2024, the Company announced the state of the dispute and the
ongoing legal discussions, related to communications received from third
parties in response to the announcement of 15 November 2023.

 

On 13 March 2024, following a further hearing at which representations were
made on behalf of these third parties, the Court gave directions for further
consideration of the question of whether the share certificates should be
released. It is currently anticipated that a Court hearing will be held in
June 2024, at which the Court will determine the matter, and whether the share
certificates can be released to Queeld and Mispare.

 

Eurasia's position is neutral, and it will abide by any Order made by the
Court in due course.
