Response to media comment

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum,
rhodium, iridium and gold producing company notes recent media speculation
regarding the alleged concerns of the Directors about the cash and cash
equivalent position of the Company. The Directors wish to re-iterate that
nothing has changed materially to Eurasia's cash and cash equivalent position
since the Company's announcement of 11 April 2023. The Directors have full
confidence in the Company and its assets.
