Airbus AIR.PA:

European planemaker Airbus delivered 67 aircraft in April, bringing its 2026 total to 181, a 5.7% drop compared with the same period in 2025, as it moves to step up deliveries after engine shortages contributed to a slower start.

Eurocommercial Properties ECMPA.AS:

Property investment company and shopping centre owner Eurocommercial Properties reported first quarter gross rental income of 60.46 million euros ($70.94 million) and confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance for direct investment result.

Groep Brussel Lambert GBLB.BR:

        Belgian investment holding company Groep Brussel Lambert reported its net asset value at the end of March was 13.30 billion euros. Its consolidated net result in the first quarter was 65 million euros and net cash at 1.22 billion euros.

KBC Groep KBC.BR:

        Belgian bank KBC Groep decided to pay a gross dividend of 5.10 euros per share for the 2025 financial year.

Nextensa NEXTA.BR:

        Belgian real estate company Nextensa and Promobe sold B&B Hotels at Cloche d'Or in Luxembourg for 37.4 million euros to Aberdeen Investments, who acted on behalf of Irish Life Investment Managers .

Voltalia VLTSA.PA:

        French renewable energy company Voltalia commissioned three solar power plants in southern France with 26.9 MW capacity, with output of 34.3 GWh per year. It signed a 15-year corporate power purchase agreement with CERN.
