    * Said on Tuesday that in a transaction on March 11 
Powszechne Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne SA (PTI)  PTIP.WA  sold 
10,064,848 shares (30.04 percent stake) in company  
    * After the transaction, Powszechne Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne
