AGM Date and Director Nominations

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY and EMHLF)
("European Metals" or the "Company") advises, in accordance with Listing
Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on
Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

An item of business at the meeting will be the re-election and appointment of
directors. The Company advises that the final date for the receipt of
nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director
is Friday, 13 March 2026.

Any nominations must be received at the Company's registered office no later
than 5:00pm (AWST) on Friday, 13 March 2026.

This announcement has been approved for release by the European Metals' Board
of Directors.
