Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX and OTCQB: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that it has today published the Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice) which will be held at the Level 4, 88 William Street, Perth Western Australia on Thursday 29 May 2025 at 3:00pm (AWST) (8:00AM BST) (Meeting).

 

Shareholders will be able to participate in person at the Meeting. For more information on Shareholder questions and how to vote, refer to the Notice of Meeting. Should you have any further questions in relation to the Notice, please email info@europeanmet.com.

 

The Company advises that a poll will be conducted for each of the Resolutions.
