ISSUE OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

 

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, NASDAQ: ERPNF)
("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that is has today completed the
issue of 100,000 unlisted Performance Rights to Everest Corporate Pty Ltd upon
the terms and conditions resolved by shareholders at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held on 24 November 2021.

Due to an administrative oversight the lodgement of Appendix 3G has occurred
outside of the 1 month timeframe specified in the Addendum to Notice of Annual
General Meeting dated 1 November 2021.
