** Shares of Prospech Ltd  PRS.AX  rise as much as 10.3% to
A$0.032, their biggest intraday pct gain since April 23
    ** Stock posts its highest level since June 21
    ** The mineral explorer says it has received high-grade rare
earth element assay results from samples collected at Korsnas,
southwest Finland 
    ** Says drilling contract has been signed for 1,000m -
1,200m core drilling program to be conducted in July and August
    ** Stock had risen 3.2% this year, as of last close
