** Shares of Australia's Prospech  PRS.AX  rise as much as
20% to A$0.036, their highest since Sept. 5
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
Sept. 5
    ** Mineral explorer says it has found rare earth elements
(REE) mineralization at its Korsnäs project in Finland
    ** Says mineralization was identified by reviewing
historical database at Geologic Survey of Finland archive
library
    ** Nearly 8.3 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 714,157
    ** Stock up 11.8% YTD, based on last close
