Australia's Prospech rises on rare-earths find at Finland project

** Shares of Prospech  PRS.AX  rise as much as 36.4% to
A$0.045, set for best day since April 11, if gains hold
    ** Co identifies rare-earths zones at the Korsnäs project in
Finland
    ** Says the previous Korsnäs mine primarily produced lead
and now the focus is on exploring for rare-earths elements
    ** Stock hits highest since April 19
    ** More than 28 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of about 3 mln shares 
    ** As of last close, PRS stock up ~23% this year
