** Shares of Australia's Prospech Ltd  PRS.AX  rise as much
as 17.9% to A$0.033, their highest level since Dec. 8 
    ** Miner finds high-grade copper, cobalt and silver results
from co's Kolba prospect in Slovakia
    ** Says findings have extended project's exploration
potential to over 1.8 km
    ** About 46,680 shares traded compared to 30-day average
trading volume of 22,940 shares
    ** Stock down 3.5% YTD as of last close
