AIRBUS AIR.PA:

Europe's Airbus AIR.PA has finalized an agreement to take some assets from Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N, both companies said late on Sunday, completing a critical part of a transatlantic carve-up of the struggling supplier with U.S. rival Boeing BA.N.

BANIJAY:

French entertainment company Banijay BNJ.AS is in early-stage talks for a takeover offer for British broadcaster ITV ITV.L that would merge their respective production businesses, the Financial Times reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Carrefour SA CARR.PA:

Shareholders in Carrefour's Brazil unit, Atacadao SA CRFB3.SA, voted to take it private after a bid by the French retailerCARR.PA to do so, according to a securities filing on Friday.

Lagardere SA LAGA.PA:

Lagardere on Friday reported Q1 revenue at 1.88 billion euros and denied media reports stating that the group is facing a 200 million euro tax reassessment.

Louis Hachette Group SA ALHG.PA:

The group on friday reported Q1 revenue at 2.05 billion euros.

Renault SA RENA.PA:

Europlasma's offer for ex Renault site Fonderie de Bretagne has been accepted, Europlasma said on Friday.
