 * Major and connected transaction  
 * On 24 December 2015 company entered into the purchase agreement with the vendor 
 * Deal for an aggregate consideration of RMB616 million 
 * Pursuant to purchase agreement, wfoe shall enter into leasing agreement with leasing agent and guarantee agreement with vendor 
 * Consideration will be financed by internal resources of group and partially by way of borrowings
