** Shares of Luzhou City Commercial Bank Co Ltd  1983.HK 
make a lukewarm Hong Kong debut, trading at HK$3.20 compared
with issue price of HK$3.18 each 
    ** The Sichuan-based bank offered https://bit.ly/2A3Crzg 546
mln shares in its Hong Kong initial price offering (IPO),
raising HK$1.74 bln ($222.70 mln) to strengthen its capital base
for future growth
    ** The Hang Seng Finance index  .HSNF  gains 0.2 pct 
    ** Meanwhile, another new comer Ever Sunshine Lifestyle
Services Group Ltd  1995.HK  made a tepid Hong Kong debut, with
shares of the property management service provider trading at
HK$1.77 each, compared with the issue price of HK$1.78 apiece
    ** The co offered https://bit.ly/2QFGkVy 380 mln shares in
IPO, raising capital to fund acquisitions and investments, to
build online platform
    ** Hang Seng sub-index tracking property firms  .HSNP  rises
0.2 pct. The Hong Kong benchmark index  .HSI  edges up 0.1 pct
