** Shares in Chinese property management company CIFI Ever
Sunshine Services  1995.HK  lose as much as 10.2% to HK$15.52,
over one-week low
    ** Stock sees its percentage biggest loss since July 27
    ** Stock is the second most traded by value in the Hang Seng
Index  .HSI     
    ** Co places 4.76% of enlarged shares at HK$15.76 apiece,
representing 8.8% discount to Friday's closing price
    ** The placement will raise new proceeds of HK$1.3 billion
($167.25 million)
    ** Co said it will use the proceeds for possible business
development or investments in the future
    ** Hang Seng Index is flat
