since listing on Dec 17, 2018
    ** The property management service provider forecasts sharp
growth in first-half profit
    ** Stock ranks 4th biggest percentage gainer in early trade
    ** Shanghai-based company expects its H1 profit to jump more
than 90% from a year earlier amid an increase in properties
