Everest Insurance launches new builders risk coverage

Sept 5 - (The Insurer) – Everest Insurance, the insurance arm of Everest Group, on Thursday launched EverBuild, an enhanced builders risk coverage form designed to meet evolving needs in the construction industry.

EverBuild offers expanded terms and new coverage extensions tailored to address the complexities of construction projects, the company said. It introduces a foundation for a data center endorsement, which Everest said was the first of its kind within builders risk coverage, to close protection gaps in multi-phase data center development.

“We have built this form to provide clarity, flexibility, and resilience for today’s construction challenges, to support our clients as a trusted partner,” said William Hazelton, president, North America Insurance at Everest.

Builders risk insurance covers property damage and related risks during construction.
