Grant of Options

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that on 9 March 2026 a total of 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Farah Golant, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The options granted have an exercise price of 24.5 pence and can be exercised on or after 9 March 2027, subject to certain financial and other performance conditions being met.
