Board change

 

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group,
announces that Will Worsdell, Finance Director, has informed the Board of his
decision to step down as a director of the Company to pursue another
opportunity.

 

The Board will shortly commence an external search process for a successor to
Will, who will remain in post until the end of March 2026. The Board will
provide an update on the transition of roles as soon as practicable.
