The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding'
announcement released on 1 February 2024 at 7.00 a.m. under RNS No 6009B.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares on 31 January 2024, Blue Coast's
total holding increased to 25,803,639 Ordinary Shares, as opposed to
25,083,639 Ordinary Shares, as was announced previously.

All other details remain unchanged.

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 31 January 2024 Blue Coast Private
Equity L.P. ("Blue Coast") purchased 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.0 pence per Ordinary
Share.

Mr Michael Rosehill, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a
director of Blue Coast. Following the above transaction, Blue Coast's total
holding has risen to 25,803,639 Ordinary Shares, equating to 28.3% of the
Company's issued share capital.
