Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 29 September 2023, Alex Scrimgeour,
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 56,678 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.9 pence per
Ordinary Share.

 

Following these purchases, Alex Scrimgeour has a total beneficial interest in
307,652 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the Company's shares in issue.
