("Everyman", the "Company" or the "Group")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group,
has been notified by Adam Kaye, Executive Director of the Company, that
Kropifko Properties Limited ("Kropifko"), a company in which he is a director
and 50% shareholder, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 March 2026. The purchase price
per Ordinary Share was 25.5p.

Following the purchase, Mr Kaye's direct interest in the Company, including
Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs"), is unchanged at 8.17 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital. Through Kropifko, Mr Kaye now has an
additional indirect interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55 per
cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
