("Everyman" or the "Company")

Grant of Options

 

The Company notifies that, on 24 October 2022, it granted 613,543 options over
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Options")
to the Company's employees as well as the following persons discharging
managerial responsibilities, pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive
Plan:

The New Options give holders the right to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10
